All  Bellevue Utilities customers are invited to attend a virtual community  meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 4, at 6 p.m. during which the department will  present its proposed 2023-2024

budget, along with rate impacts for  customers of Bellevue water, sewer and stormwater utility services.

People can register to attend the meeting on the proposed budget before the City Council considers adoption in November.

The Environmental Services Commission, a seven-member advisory panel,  reviewed the proposed budget and took comments about it at a Sept. 1  public hearing. The ESC will

issue its recommendation to the council in  October.
