The City of Sammamish is soliciting bids to contract services to assist in the maintenance of the City’s stormwater system infrastructure. The selected vendor will be required to

perform catch basin vactoring; inspection of catch basins for illicit discharges and connections; storm pipe jetting and cleaning; CCTV services; control structure vactoring and repair;

stormwater facility jetting, cleaning, and vacctorin; water quality system maintenance such as filter cartridge cleaning and replacement, FilterraTM and Modular Wetland SystemTM

maintenance; hydro excavation vactor services; root cutting services; emergency spill response; and emergency stormwater response.

Questions concerning this ITB must be submitted by 3pm on Wednesday, October 12, 2022, via email to Colleen Rupke, Contract Administrator, at crupke@sammamish.us .

Answers will be posted on the City’s website under the associated ITB item under Current News Releases by Thursday, Oct 13, 2022.  Any oral communications will be considered

unofficial and non-binding on the City

Bids must be submitted via mail or hand-delivered to City Hall no later than Friday, October 14, 2022, at 2:00 pm.
