Microsoft recently shared a series of tweets highlighting its initiatives and collaborations in technology and education. The tweets, posted on March 3 and 4, 2025, emphasize the company’s efforts in enhancing reading skills through AI, improving customer experiences with AI-powered tools, and a significant educational initiative in India.

On March 3, 2025, Microsoft posted about an AI-driven tool aimed at helping young readers. “Through AI-powered personalization and immersion, learn how Reading Coach is empowering young readers advance their skills and become more confident in their abilities”.

Later that day, Microsoft highlighted its collaboration with T-Mobile to enhance retail experiences. According to the tweet from March 3, “Enhancing the store employee and customer experience with an AI-powered agent that provides tailored recommendations—that’s how @TMobile used Copilot Studio to build an agent that helps customers find what they need fast”.

On March 4, 2025, Microsoft announced its ADVANTA(I)GE INDIA initiative designed to provide skills training for Indian students. The post reads: “The ADVANTA(I)GE INDIA initiative plans to skill 10 million Indian students with support from ministries, state governments, and NGOs.”
