On March 12, 2025, Microsoft announced its collaboration with Hype, an Italian bank, to enhance customer service using AI technology. “Simplifying the banking experience for customers with an AI-powered chatbot that handles thousands of chats per week—that’s how @Hype_tw, a bank in Italy, used Copilot Studio to get customers the support they need when they need it.”

Also on March 12, 2025, Microsoft introduced the Hera Space Companion powered by Azure OpenAI Service. This tool allows space enthusiasts to interact with an orbiter studying asteroids for planetary protection. “Hera Space Companion, powered by Azure OpenAI Service, lets space fans chat with an orbiter in deep space as it studies asteroids to protect our planet. It provides real-time updates and engages with space enthusiasts.”
