Proposed changes to the City’s Development Regulations including updates to SDC Title 21.03.050 – Surface Water Management (Title 13).

 Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider changes to SMC Title 21.03.050 – Surface Water Management (Title 13). The project also includes the adoption of the 2021 King County Surface Water Design Manual and City of Sammamish Addendum.  

  HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM on April 21, 2022.  WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm April 21, 2022. Please submit written comment by email to Evan Fischer at efischer@sammamish.us  and planningcommission@sammamish.us. 

 VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 7 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting on this agenda item.
