Penn defeats Columbia 9-5 with strong showing from Jack Warner

The Penn Quakers claimed a 9-5 victory over the Columbia Lions in their NCAA Division I baseball matchup Saturday, April 4, at 11:30 a.m. Former Bellevue High School standout Jack Warner, now playing for Penn, contributed to the win.

The game was held at Robertson Field at Satow Stadium and marked the Quakers’ first game of the season against Columbia.

Warner went two for three at the plate, collecting a run, two walks, and stranding one runner.

Penn will face the Lions again at 3 p.m. at Robertson Field at Satow Stadium for their next contest.
