Join  us for a planting event in Pioneer Park. Enjoy the towering trees,  listen to the birds, and give a little back to this beautiful park by  planting native plants! Learn about the

history and ecology of the park,  and about some of the amazing native plants we’re putting in the  ground. Get your hands in the dirt, work alongside neighbors and  friends, and

eat snacks! No experience necessary; gloves and tools are  provided.

When: Wednesday, October 12th. 4pm-6pm

Where: Pioneer Park SE, meet at intersection of Island Crest Way and SE 68th St

What to bring: Dress  for the weather in clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (think: long  pants, boots or sneakers). Bring a water bottle. Small snacks, gloves,  and tools will be provided.
