Seattle University baseball lost to Pepperdine, 1-3, in their series opener on April 24 at Bannerwood Park in Bellevue. The Redhawks were limited to one run on five hits and saw their home winning streak end after six games.

The game was marked by a strong pitching performance from Travis Farrell, who took the loss after pitching six and one-third innings. Farrell allowed two earned runs on eight hits but continued his quality start streak, which now stands at four consecutive games and five of his last six.

With this result, Seattle U’s record moves to 14 wins and 22 losses overall for the season, with a conference record of nine wins and seven losses.
