The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Woodinville (unincorporated) rose by $380,000 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 41.3% increase over the $920,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Woodinville (unincorporated) in February 2019, as well.
