The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Mercer Island fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 120%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,450,000 - a 0.7% decrease over the $1,460,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mercer Island in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Mercer Island for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $8,399, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
