Newcastle home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Newcastle fell by $1,100,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 59.5% decrease over the $1,850,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Newcastle in November 2018.
