Kirkland home prices fall in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Kirkland fell by $341,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $838,500 - a 29% decrease over the $1,180,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Kirkland in November 2018.
