Issaquah home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Issaquah rose by $142,500 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $682,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Issaquah in September 2018.
