North Bend (unincorporated) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in North Bend (unincorporated) fell by $110,750 while total sales decreased by 7.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $492,000 - a 18.4% decrease over the $602,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in North Bend (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in North Bend (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,771, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
