The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in East Renton Highlands (unincorporated) rose by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 24.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 103 homes sold, with a median sale price of $500,000 - a 3.6% increase over the $482,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 137 homes sold in East Renton Highlands (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018.
