Snoqualmie home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Snoqualmie fell by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 26.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $695,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $710,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Snoqualmie in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
