Snoqualmie (unincorporated) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) fell by $157,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,250 - a 22.9% decrease over the $690,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,060, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
