Kirkland (unincorporated) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Kirkland (unincorporated) fell by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 32.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 38 homes sold, with a median sale price of $694,000 - a 5.3% decrease over the $732,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 56 homes sold in Kirkland (unincorporated) in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Kirkland (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,352, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
