Clyde Hill home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Clyde Hill fell by $200,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,550,000 - a 7.3% decrease over the $2,750,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Clyde Hill in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Clyde Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $13,897, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
