City of Seatac issued the following announcement.
Governor Inslee has directed that Washington State and United States flags at all state agency facilities be lowered to half-staff immediately, in memory of U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
Flags should remain at half-staff until the day of internment.
Other government entities, citizens and businesses are encouraged to join this recognition.
