CITY OF SAMMAMISH: Notice of Public Hearing of the City of Sammamish Planning Commission on December 17, 2020, 6:30 PM

City of Sammamish issued the following announcement.

Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider amending the Sammamish Municipal Code (SMC).

SUMMARY of AMENDMENTS: Planning Commission will consider amendments to the SMC related to Wireless Communication Facilities including the repealing of Chapter 21A.55 SMC to be replaced with Chapter 21A.56 SMC.

HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM on December 17, 2020. To view the virtual Planning Commission meeting, go to https://sammamishwa.civicweb.net/Portal and click on the meeting date. Instructions on how to view the meeting are provided in the agenda.

WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm December 17, 2020. Please submit written comment by email to Jackie Montanana at JMontanana@sammamish.us and planningcommission@sammamish.us.

VERBAL COMMENT: Up to 7 minutes of verbal public comment may be provided per person live during the meeting on this agenda item. For those who would like to make public comment during the meeting, a prompt will appear on-screen alerting you when to call in. A number and access code will be provided. The meeting coordinator will place you on mute until it is your turn to speak, at which time you will hear a voice say “unmuted.”
