Rising home prices in North Bend in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in North Bend rose by $163,750 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000 - a 22.2% increase over the $736,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in North Bend in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Bend for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,825, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
