Snoqualmie home prices rose in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Snoqualmie rose by $274,900 while total sales increased by 4.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,099,900 - a 33.3% increase over the $825,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Snoqualmie in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
