Median home prices in Issaquah rose to $1,415,000 in the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Issaquah rose by $475,750 while total sales decreased by 6.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,415,000 - a 50.7% increase over the $939,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Issaquah in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
