How did home prices perform in Newcastle during the fourth quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Newcastle rose by $535,000 while total sales increased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,500,000 - a 55.4% increase over the $965,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Newcastle in the fourth quarter of 2020.
