The second quarter of 2021: Home prices in North Bend increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in North Bend rose by $108,525 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 15.7% increase over the $691,475 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in North Bend in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in North Bend for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,825, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
