Rising home prices in Issaquah (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Issaquah (unincorporated) rose by $145,000 while total sales decreased by 8.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 18% increase over the $805,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 34 homes sold in Issaquah (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2020.
