The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Issaquah rose by $234,000 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 70 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,169,000 - a 25% increase over the $935,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Issaquah in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
