Rising home prices in Sammamish in the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Sammamish rose by $440,000 while total sales increased by 45.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 231 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,400,000 - a 45.8% increase over the $960,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 159 homes sold in Sammamish in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sammamish for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,642, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
