Pricing for the median home in Sammamish (unincorporated) increased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Sammamish (unincorporated) rose by $885,000 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,922,500 - a 85.3% increase over the $1,037,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Sammamish (unincorporated) in the second quarter of 2020.
