Snoqualmie median home prices rose by 42.9% in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Snoqualmie rose by $349,900 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,164,950 - a 42.9% increase over the $815,050 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Snoqualmie in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Snoqualmie for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,922, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
