Issaquah home prices rose in December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Issaquah rose by $762,500 while total sales increased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,812,500 - a 72.6% increase over the $1,050,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Issaquah in December 2020.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.3% of the median home sale price for December 2021.
