Rising home prices in Issaquah in July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Issaquah rose by $80,000 while total sales decreased by 34.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,130,000 - a 7.6% increase over the $1,050,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Issaquah in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
