The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Sammamish rose by $387,500 while total sales increased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,452,500 - a 36.4% increase over the $1,065,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 60 homes sold in Sammamish in July 2020.
