July 2021: Kirkland experienced a 17.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Kirkland rose by $220,000 while total sales decreased by 8.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,487,500 - a 17.4% increase over the $1,267,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Kirkland in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Kirkland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,770, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
