June 2021: North Bend experienced a 6.3% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in North Bend rose by $47,500 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 6.3% increase over the $752,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in North Bend in June 2020.

The median sales tax in North Bend for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,825, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
