June 2021: Issaquah experienced a 8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Issaquah rose by $88,000 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,188,000 - a 8% increase over the $1,100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Issaquah in June 2020.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for June 2021.
