The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Mercer Island rose by $290,000 while total sales decreased by 3.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,990,000 - a 17.1% increase over the $1,700,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Mercer Island in June 2020.
