Sammamish median home prices rose by 50.1% in January 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Sammamish rose by $392,000 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,174,500 - a 50.1% increase over the $782,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Sammamish in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Sammamish for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,642, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
