The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Bothell (unincorporated) rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $697,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $662,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Bothell (unincorporated) in April 2019.
