The median sale price of a home sold in April 2020 in Duvall (unincorporated) rose by $112,000 while total sales increased by 57.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2020, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,182,000 - a 10.5% increase over the $1,070,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Duvall (unincorporated) in April 2019.
