Median home prices in North Bend (unincorporated) rose to $725,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in North Bend (unincorporated) rose by $75,000 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $725,000 - a 11.5% increase over the $650,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 73 homes sold in North Bend (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020.
