Rising home prices in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) rose by $170,000 while total sales increased by 44.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 27% increase over the $630,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Snoqualmie (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020.
