Duvall median home prices rose by 18.1% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Duvall rose by $128,525 while total sales remained unchanged with 42 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $838,500 - a 18.1% increase over the $709,975 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Duvall in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Duvall for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,615, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
