The second half of 2021: Bellevue (unincorporated) experienced a 21.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Bellevue (unincorporated) rose by $186,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 30 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 30 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,065,000 - a 21.2% increase over the $878,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Bellevue (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Bellevue (unincorporated) for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,897, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
