How did home prices perform in Issaquah during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Issaquah rose by $300,398 while total sales decreased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 104 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,293,398 - a 30.3% increase over the $993,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 123 homes sold in Issaquah in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Issaquah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,885, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
