The second half of 2021: Home prices in Fall City (unincorporated) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Fall City (unincorporated) rose by $414,000 while total sales decreased by 21.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,350,000 - a 44.2% increase over the $936,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Fall City (unincorporated) in the second half of 2020.
