Pricing for the median home in Sammamish increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Sammamish rose by $352,100 while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 352 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,432,500 - a 32.6% increase over the $1,080,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 304 homes sold in Sammamish in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sammamish for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $6,642, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
