Clyde Hill home prices rose in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Clyde Hill rose by $1,254,000 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,579,000 - a 53.9% increase over the $2,325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 21 homes sold in Clyde Hill in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Clyde Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $13,897, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
