The second half of 2021: Home prices in Medina unchanged

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Medina was unchanged while total sales increased by 15.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $3,900,000. There were 19 homes sold in Medina in the second half of 2020, and the median sales price for the period was also $3,900,000.

The median sales tax in Medina for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $15,135, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
